It means the government waived their right too offer a response to this filing. Nothing more. They didnt want to waste time with it.

This is being so blown out of proportion its embarrassing. I almost think this is a trojan horse to make us look stupid. Everything in the filing is 100% spot on. However, the USSC does play hot potato with political grenades. They dont. The idea that any law enforcement agency will arrest anyone on that defendant list is delusional. I want it more than most. It aint happening.
