Sam Brinton, an Energy Department official dealing with nuclear waste, was charged last month with stealing a luggage worth thousands of dollars at a Minnesota airport.

Nope. I don't buy it. There's no way in hell that this freak is in charge of anything nuclear related. It may think it's in charge, but no one in their right mind down the chain is letting it actually call the shots.
