My take on this is that he had an itch that he couldn't quite scratch and crossed the line to satisfy his sexual urges... That being, that his whole "identity" is nothing more than that he gets off on dressing in women's clothing and being thought about in a sexual way while dressed as such.

He stole the clothes because he was getting off on wearing a woman's previously worn and unwashed clothing... It's his kink. I bet he has girls wear all his clothes before he uses them unwashed...

Lol. The guy has been using the White House publicity as a way to get himself off... And libs are too stupid to recognize it for what it is. Hilarious!
