Can anybody tell me why FIFA has a very young child accompany every player on to the pitch before each World Cup match? I find it creepy and out of context.

Don't even get me started on the highly suspicious tattoos on nearly every player.

It’s to promote youth soccer. They’ve done it as long as I can remember. I don’t think it’s anything nefarious although FIFA is corrupt as hell so who knows
