You can't expect her to admit that she's actually a girl... and go use the dispenser in the girl's room.

Back in my day, there were no dispensers. Your mom bought tampons or pads from the supermarket and you kept one in your bag/ purse for emergency purposes. I suggest these "boys" do the same thing - grow a pair and buy them at the supermarket like anyone else.
