This video explains why he said that. The have created and deployed AI nanotech gene editing and mRNA/DNA editing that takes place inside our bodies. Go to min 37 for some of the more pertinent details. Unfortunately it looks like everyone, not just vaccinated, are carrying this nano tech within our bodies. All the blood samples are showing this.
