Yes. Which I'm sure they are worried about. Part of the reason the potato has been slowing Starship's progress. Elon has said the use of the massive ship makes starlink a viable enterprise since it is more economical to put the newest (larger) starlink satellites up. He said it could go bankrupt without the Starship.
