Wouldn't you think that Jack Dorsey and staff would have erased all that data before selling? Or is that not possible? Always a trace or copy?

Ediscovery communication retention policies and practices in most corporations make total deletion of internal correspondence practically difficult, and any attempt to do so is pretty clear evidence of an intent to hide malfeasance.

Sarbanes-Oxley says that all publicly held companies have to retain all internal communications.
Anything you input on any electronic device not personally modified to not retain data is logged. And im pretty sure most people dont take such precautions. Especially stupid liberals.
Many employees still remain who were surely a part of those conversations.
