Thanks for linking this fascinating interview. I have been avoiding reading beyond headlines for this case because I felt like the SC will just throw it out. Been bit a few times by Hopium that turned out to be a big nothingburger, but I listened to this entire interview and am now actually pretty psyched by this case and will no longer just read the headlines about it, but everything about it.
I pray God lays his hands on everyone involved in the case and gives them strength and righteousness and blessings (and the will to do the right thing), and I pray for the best possible outcome for this case.
After listening to him now I know why none of the defendants tried to get it dismissed. He said they had to add in the motion to dismiss under the verdicts. So that tells me they are already planning on dismissing it. He also said amendment 11 was removed as per what they were told because the 10th circuit made a decision to dismiss. That now means it is no longer considered a national security issue. I dont hold any hope for this.
Yes Amendment 11 was removed but does not take away from the national security issue. That still holds. In-fact, he even said that because of the national security issue, the Supreme Court can take a decision whenever and they do not have to even wait till the conference date of Jan 6, 2023!
They are going after the immunity clauses, which allowed members of congress to believe that they did not have to observe the constitution and their oath of office. As Sarah points out, this has downstream ramifications for the media and corporations who use immunity clauses.
The beauty is that it is non-partisan. The ruling will be about national security and corruption, and the right for the people to challenge the decisions made by corrupt officials, not whether it is Democrat or Republican. It is not an 'election denial' case.
God Bless the Brunson brothers!

I am really a fan of these Brunson brothers. Lord God please look after them set a hedge around them and make them strong like bull!
What he said was, we have special forces baby. So it could be private security.
