Would aliens (if they exist) not be gentiles? Is the Gospel to be withheld from them if they arrive?

Time travel to or from the past is impossible because there is nowhere to travel to or from. Time travel to the future is possible, but only at the rate of 60 minutes to the hour. Time travel from the future is impossible because there is nowhere to come from.
