I've been writing about #4 for a while now. In 2004 a landmark SCOTUS ruling set the table for this possibility. The patents are certainly there for all to see. I don't believe SCOTUS would ever rule on a case like this concerning GMO humans. It would open an instant Pandora's Box. Instead, the elite will continue to act as if we have no rights. Public policy will grow and reflect it. People will be treated more and more like property. The parallels occurring now make this a very plausible transition.
