I believe white hats would have turned a few of them or recruited some of the normie ones. More to protect many normie Jews from retribution. Basically it is elite cabal white hats are against, be they khazarians or free masons or jesuits or other secret societies that are part of the cabal which is Satanic.

I just woke up for work, so bear with me here.

I'm just looking at it like an A-Team kind of situation. Everyone is a specialist in something, and Q needed a guy that could take on the big bank/hedge fund scheme that suppresses people's financial freedom in the market.
