I'm seeing a lot of "thinking of...", "mulling...", "considering...", "working on a compromise..." and all the stereotypical mealy-mouthed verbiage leftists use to try and get concepts planted in readers' minds to push a narrative. It all appears to stem from an article in UK media outlet The Financial Times. Are you taking this hazy possibility touted by fake news and molding that into "Ron DeSantis is DS because he only used this to get reelected"? What I'm not seeing in any of these articles (and I've scanned about five of them) is WHICH of these lawmakers is working on this alleged reversal. Not a single mention of any of the pro-woke pols. Florida, for all it's solid wins, still has many far-left pols in their ranks.
Iger returns and that sets the stage for the narrative to be slung around. RD was just on TC a couple days ago digging in his heels on the issue. Now if the leftists and RINOs in Florida's government start getting any real traction on this alleged "reversal" - and no doubt they'll try - I'll start paying attention. Claiming the dissolution of Disney's special tax status was a farce and implying it was done by DeSantis to get reelected is a stretch, IMHO. You're entitled to your opinion, but I don't agree with you on this.
