Pathetic that none of the supervisors would have the balls to challenge that. The Secretary of State has no power to arrest anyone. She's not a judge or prosecutor. She could ask the AG to bring charges but would he? Any supervisor who felt the election was unfair or compromised had an obligation to NOT certify. Those people would have been heros much like Pence could have been a hero. But they folded like the cheap suits they are.
I read that there were several counties that did not want to certify. They tried. Did they even realize that her actions were unbelievably criminal? That she would have to prove it?
Agreed. I spoke to a person that knows someone on the board and they seem to think that threat had real teeth and it wasn't just an optics thing. I don't know what the laws in AZ and I'm not an atty, but none of this passes the smell test, IMHO. I'll try to get direct contact to fill in the blanks.

Yea. It makes no sense why they didnt stand their ground..unless the lives of their families were threatened.
