Only 39% of the $3.5 trillion in Pentagon assets are accounted for, leaving a deficit of about $2.2 trillion in assets unaccounted for.

Citizens, then you say for every man, woman and child living in the country... Obviously there's more people than citizens.

What's worse, though, is when you reduce the 350 million number to actual taxpayers.
