Just being tied up in court is a chore of its own. That's why Trump has 30+ law suits at any point in time. All of them are frivolous, but he still has to hire lawyers to handle each one. The goal is to drain him of money, time, and resources. They are doing/will do the same to Elon if given the chance.

They don't even have to win, they just have to buzz around like annoying flies saying "make sure you file your papers to the court on time, buzz buzz"
