If the commies rly cared about blacks ( lol , yeah right ) a substantial payout could totally be accomplished by all D pols and their followers. Oh wait their wealth was actually accumulated through taxpayer theft already so we would still be paying for it anyway.

Let them continue to show their insanity. This isn't gonna happen. Just another front for a supposed " righteous " cause and to divide us.
