I had a buddy fired a couple weeks from there. He was a software developer. He said that when he got there he was shocked that their system was wide open. Once in, he had access to the entire code base. Normally it’s sectioned off so you can only work on your area and can only push changes in your area, but I guess they grew too fast and didn’t have things organized. That’s my guess, it was just such a big mess they weren’t organized to scrub easily.
