Maybe others have examined this in more detail than me. I see that there were requests from "the Biden team" during the campaign. Prior to swearing in, the Biden team were not government entities, but private parties.
If requests were made from someone getting a government paycheck, that would be a direct violation of the constitution.
The Biden team prior to the Jan 2020 swearing in, and the DNC are not government entities. While it smells like shit, accusations of collusion to subvert the Constitution is not gonna stick.
I would agree that the censorship permitted the willfully ignorant to remain willfully ignorant, but even this does not "steal the election". Stealing the election is ballot tampering. The censorship is information warfare. Now... if a foreign national was involved in this censorship that would be "foreign interference".
Luckily, its not the standard that the most cynical of us hold themselves to, but rather what the majority of normies feel when they realize they were lied to and bamboozled by the most vilest of creatures, that counts.
My guess - this ties in with the Scotus case 380-22, giving them the backing they need to rule it correctly. Public perception (optics) is everything.
No, it IS stealing the election. Biden would not have been eligible to become president at all if the information came out about his corrupt business dealings. He's pretty much a foreign asset. If the main population found out he would have been declared a national security threat. There would have been immense pressure for the DOJ to launch an investigation.
I think you have hit closest to what actual legal violations occurred. IMO, being generally pissed off won't take anyone down. People have to be taken out with legal force, one at a time if necessary. The fact that the left skates on technicalities is a consequence of politicians also being lawyers. They write their own backdoors.
