This has often made me wonder if "viruses" aren't snippets of mrna/DNA/RNA from foreign animals that conflicts with our immune system. If this genetic material can survive in frozen glaciers and thaw out later and cause "illnesses" in people infected with this foreign genetic material. Most "code" doesn't cause significant damage, but possibly some cause toxic effects. It is just a theory of mine.
