I was reading an article last night (I'll have to dig for it) that said that broccoli helps to remove excess estrogen from the body, while raspberries increase testosterone. So, from that standpoint, it makes perfect sense why these would be presented as "bad."

Broccoli is also a great source of vitamin C, without the sugar carbs of an orange.
Raspberries are antioxidants and have multiple other health benefits.
So yes, prime targets for the cabal.
