You're such a bachelor. :D Banana bread is one of my specialties. You can save your arms a lot by using a mixer. Even a hand mixer (not expensive) would mash those bananas and fluff that butter for you. In fact, if you take it straight from the refrigerator, you can soften the butter in the microwave a few seconds at a time. Just enough to soften it to where you can easily mash it with the sugar. That was actually fun to watch (although you have too much of a potty mouth, imo) :D I hope you enjoyed your banana bread. Warm with butter is always the way to go.

Baked for one hour at 350. Should have baked it for 55 minutes instead. And should have put raisins in it too. Next time!
