Plus, there's certain to be old backups somewhere (unless those were destroyed also). Every company backs up their data. They may not have it past 30 days old though.

Aside from the NSA, I really believe Dorsey was a grey hat, or at least controlled, and helped archive and preserve the evidence. I read an article a while back that he put the pieces in place that allowed Musk to buyout and take over.
