Durham setup enough evidence on record against FBI with his previous two cases.

Now we have FBI getting exposed for their role in Twitter censorship, and FBI whistleblowers being reported.

I would say Durham is waiting for the public opinion to reach the threshold where starting prosecution of FBI will not be suicidal.
