Apparently, changing your diet can have radical positive effects. By that I specifically mean keto; I've never done it but have read a bit on it. Eases depression, fights off pre-diabetes, it's even alleged to help with mild epilepsy. Probably is you need to stick with it. Carbs and especially sugar are addictive.
