Thanks.. I was presuming the time between the Suspension of Habeus and whenever the military takes over. There's gotta be a lag somewhere in the time frame until the military takes complete control.
Lag? The military positions themselves at strategic points around the country and declares martial law. Anyone attempting to loot, riot, and vigilante will be subject to military law.
