The author makes good points, but is mistaken overall.
The TX lawsuit in 2020 joined by multiple other states was correct--- fraudulent state elections discriminate against other states, and violate the original statehood pact. The constitution can be used to enforce the requirement of each state to have a republican (small r, not the party) government.
