Isn't it illegal to wear a face covering while carrying

This keeps getting brought up since Covid and all the idiots wearing face masks. Apparently there isn't any law in GA about open carry while wearing face masks.

If someone knows otherwise, please post the law because it keeps being said it's not illegal.
