Because you can launder money through defense spending just like you can with "foreign aid" and "non profits".. come on. We know this. This has nothing to do with weapon capabilities. It's just a cover story so they don't piss the "Russians" (((NATO))) off but still keep the gravy train flowing. They got a fake punt cover story from Biden just a few weeks ago
