Not buying it all. All this is doing is allow the rockets to be fired in shorter range, within Ukraine where the war is. The Devolution thing does not make any sense here.
Start from the perspective that the ultimate goal of the Deep State and Cabal's interest in financing and funding the war in Ukraine is to both cover up their crimes, and spur on a global war.
With this in mind, if the Cabal and Deep State were indeed in control of the weapons stockpiles that are being shipped overseas, then for what purpose would they limit the capability of these weapons? It is in their best interest, that of starting a global war, to provide weapons with that can be used at their full capability and potential. They would not hinder the capability of the weapons they are sending over to Zelensky.
The Devolution proof is in the logic that the only group with an interest to limit and contain the Ukrainian conflict are the White Hats and Q Team.

Pretty sure that is what the US military has been for most of our lives. If not at least since Korean and Vietnam wars. Probably goes way further back than that. What was the make/origin of those missiles? If the HIMARS ones only have a range of 50 miles, then obviously they weren't those. Some say they were stealth drones. UK?

Strongly agree that this is deeply concerning. And if it were possible to have less than a 0% chance, I would give this a less than 0% chance Ukraine did it. Had to be one of the western militaries. I'd believe it was us. But is starting to sound like the British are the saboteurs of the pipeline; this makes me think we are doing nothing except sending grifting cash and weapons. I'd peg the odds that this incident didn't even happen at exponentially higher odds than Ukraine being the culprit.
On another note, the weapons seem more like grifting weapons to sell on the black market vs use in combat. The number of javelins & stingers they are telling us have been used sounds bullshit.

If we had reliable damage numbers, it would be possible to assess the claim. But all we get is western propaganda sources. It is also difficult to believe Russia on most things too.
Hypothetically speaking, what I am saying is this: if we knew how much damage was caused, and how many casualties, it would be possible to tell if this was the kind of attack that you’d let happen vs the kind of attack you got caught with pants down. Trivial damage, little to no casualties = probably allowed to happen. Serious damage/many casualties = probably caught by surprise.
Also, if he just let this happen, we wouldn’t have reported on it. Because we’d know if we snuck in or they let us in. And we wouldn’t give him the benefit of acknowledging what happened.

The idea behind short range missiles is to prevent Ukraine from attacking deep into Russian territory and thus provoke a wider conflict, i.e., "The US is directly involved in strikes on Russian territory".

On a different look, why send this shit at all then? What good are long range missile systems that are rigged to be short range? 50 miles puts you in range of any capable Air Force. As well as Russian ground based missiles and hypersonics. So why part with valuable equipment that is no longer valuable if set to useless range?

Anons are not privy to concrete details surrounding the military operations going on world wide. If we were told the reasons for these happenings, it would certainly jeopardize the operation.
If I were to take a guess as to why this illusion had to be maintained, I would say that the time is not right for the curtain to be pulled back on the Ukrainian Cabal and Khazarian Mafia. It must be understood that once that domino falls, so too will the remainder of them. All roads lead back to the Khazarian Mafia, and Ukraine is a major stronghold for the Cabal. I remember stories from the Vietnam era where we would leave deliberately overcharged bullets and mortar shells for the Viet Cong/NVA that would end up killing them or getting them killed. Bad bullets blow up the chamber rendering the gun useless. Bad mortars kill the entire crew. And it scares the shit out of all of them wondering if their gear is gonna kill them or not.

The psychology/pharmaceutical industry had to admit a few months ago that they never actually had any evidence to support the chemical imbalance theory of mental illness and depression. Apparently they simply made it up without doing any studies and were recently exposed. I don’t think Big Pharma even bothered forging a peer-reviewed study in the Lancet like they did against Hydroxychloroquine. More likely they put out a press release to all the shrinks and said, “Depression is caused by a chemical imbalance now and only our product fixes it. No serious doctor would ever question this, which is why their medical licenses are being revoked and their names slandered by the press. It’s for everyone’s safety.”
I don’t think people were ready to hear about this particular lie yet so they mostly ignored the story. There are probably even many people on the right who like their SSRIs too much to let them go, at least for now.

You are missing the DEVOLUTION in this decision. If the Black Hats had control over the Military under Biden, why would they choose to limit the capability of the weapons they are sending over to aide their Nazi brethren in Ukraine? It is the goal of the Black Hats and the Cabal to cause a World War III. By limiting the capability and destructive power of the weapons sent to Ukraine, the Military are undermining the capability of the Black Hats to cause that global war.
The only conclusion that can be logically derived from this situation is that the Black Hats and Cabal do not have operational control over the United States Military, and that it is the White Hats who are calling the shots.

If you can code a weapon not to exceed a 50 mile range; you can UNCODE it. The limiting capability for a rocket is weight, trajectory and range. These are solid rocket propellant devices - the rocket is already fueled.
There are pretty decent encoding to prevent someone from hacking into a weapons system - but if you OWN the weapons system, then it's different matter of changing the software when you have the hardware in your hands.
