Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

I’ve been to PT several times in my life. Most of the time I benefited from it. The PT is health reasons. Part water and land. My doctor wrote it for upper body strength training or how ever it’s written to build up muscle/strength. Other is a problem with hip and leg. I have two “zappers”🤣 at home so I don’t need that. I’ve got the style athletes use and it has heat. I’ve been waiting for the MRI approval for months. I think I’m going to try acupuncture for the hip. Last time I went to PT I went to an independent one woman PT & it was a great experience. Cost a lot but I truly needed it.
I bought an infrared whole body pad. It helps so much. I have sciatica and arthritis.
I’ve considered getting one. It’s hard to know what works. I can’t find legitimate reviews that aren’t advertising. I had a hot tub till it died. I really miss it. Helped so much!
