Anywho, from what my pops tells me, the president has been basically rounding up all the gangs and putting them in jail for a few months now. They are finally at the end of catching all the gangs. If you have a tattoo that says you are part of a gang, you go to jail. These dumb fucks tattoo their gang sign on them so it's easy to identify who's a gang member or not. And apparently also, they place rival gangs in the same cell so that they can kill each other. That's what they deserve those degenerate fucks.
