BREAKING - Now I know, why I had the impulse to post this German digital battlefiedl stuff (see further down below) today:
IT IS CONNECTED TO ****MUSK AGAINST GERMAN LAW (leftist Chan-Jo Jun is in the battlefield with Elon Musk)!!!!
https://techcrunch.com/2022/11/21/elon-musk-twitter-netzdg-test/
"A specialist IT law firm in Germany, JunIT Rechtsanwälte, has a hearing coming up this Thursday for an injunction procedure against Twitter. It’s accusing the company of failing to act on reports of hate speech and remove illegal content as required under the NetzDG law.
The firm’s founder and managing partner, Chan-jo Jun, tweeted a “save the date” marker earlier this month — saying Twitter will have to answer for its failure to act on hate speech reports at the public hearing where he said it would be applying for platformwide injunctive relief.
Under German law a lot can qualify as illegal hate speech — sharing Nazi symbols or denying the Holocaust, for example — as it has some of the strictest anti-hate speech laws in the Western world.
So it’s clear that if Musk seeks to apply a purely American-centric flavor of free speech across Twitter everywhere — and/or simply fails to have enough staff working on content moderation and adequately resourced to respond to reports about illegal content — it puts him on a direct collision course with the German law for starters. ..."

Yes, exactly! Because there is NO exact definition for hate-speech and even when, it would change every day just as wokeness would like to have it. Because it is not about censorship of words, but only censorship and control.
Or he could say: Well, as Twitter is now using automated algorythms even more (twitter staff reduced) Twitter needs to have an exact legal definiton of the term "hate-speech" with a list of ALL words that are matching this definition. Provide those words in every language of countries where Twitter is in business and hate-speech = Free Speech is a problem.
But wouldn't every writer, publisher, media, newspaper also have to censor those words? If digital platforms have no right to allow hate-speech content, isn't everybody elso also affected?
Correct.
The people who want to censor. They want to do it without their names attached to it.
They also don't like to commit to a list of words.
Make them commit to a list and have them attach their names to it.
BEST!!!
