If Maher is based now (or just trying to cover his ass), he still must be punished for all the crimes he committed while woke.

He probably made a deal. He can live to do his show and report some truths to his viewers that won't go to other sources yet. It can help to wake them up. At some point then he knows he will have to pay the penalty for those red shoes. But it's buying him some time.
