Was @Jack aware? One would tend to believe so. However, there seems to be at least some Twitter policy that was kept from @Jack from knowing. I am not defending him, but I recall reading somewhere Twitter employees made policy and kept it from him learning about it. How much did @Jack know? It's pretty obvious from Musk, this company was an un-managed disaster financially and the employees were free-loading on the company dime.
