There are several articles using the above pic and statement but it looks like it might be premature.

Oh we know it’s true my friend and great meme , Im just hoping it’s true as far as Japan speaking out publicly ! Asians are usually double masked ! My yoga instructor is Japanese , she wears two in hot studio ! In fact even if it’s true , they will probably never admit to it ..
