We can start by a house cleaning or even total elimination of the FBI.
The most effective thing to do but time intensive too would be to have a convention of states and update the Constitution to reinforce obsolete and subvertible wording, term limits, a GDP based Congressional salary (% of GDP divided evenly between all sitting members to add incentive to improve our country instead of tearing it down, also removes the ability to vote for their own salaries) and a few other things we've learned along the way.
