I tnink they would use automated computer tweet content searches so that even if no one reported that they were offended you would get a strike....sometimes retroactively i.e. you made a post , then later the created a rule and then your old pre-rule tweet got you banned. the AI would probably pay more attention to people with "blacklist" and "deamplify" tags...
We sorta had a hint. We would get to a point where we would actually say any specific words but imply about them. Like I would say the Australian man in a UK prison to mean Julian Assange, etc etc. Get's really difficult to say anything but you get to keep your accounts
