My guess is that Griner was born intersex. That is, with both sets of gender. This can happen when a twin pregnancy turns into a single birth with both fertilized eggs merging together into a single fetus during gestation. If the fertilized eggs are opposite sexes, you have two sets of DNA with two different genders trying to control one body. In recent years, this situation has been confirmed numerous times in persons who were found to have two sets of DNA. This is difficult to find when both of the twins were the same gender, although a split personality may occur. But when the two twins were fraternal rather than identical, and were of opposite genders, well then you have a problem.

Griner was deemed female at birth, so she must have had female-looking genitals. As she grew, she never developed female characteristics. In high school she was unusually tall, even for a male. She had no breast development, had an Adam's apple and deep voice. Griner grew much taller than both parents and admitted to an attraction to females, deeming herself a Lesbian.

She may have undescended testicles and a micro penis, but a strong male DNA is affecting her brain and activities.
