The story seems to be missing at least three important parts:
The British government was approached by Lord Rothschild in the middle of WW1. At the time, Britaon was running out of raw materials because of the naval blockade and the other allies were losing the wil to fight. Rothschild asked if the British would like the USA to join in on the side of the Allies. The government jumped at the idea. As a quid pro quo, Rothschild asked the Brits to give Palestine to the Jews so they would have a country of their own.
During the period of the Weimar Republic, the Jews across the world launched a business war on Germany.
There was massive inflation during the Weimar Republic. Prices ran out of control, for example a loaf of bread, which cost 250 marks in January 1923, had risen to 200,000 million marks in November 1923. When you were paid you went straight out to buy next week's food because if you didn't you would not have enough money!
Interesting, thanks!
