Before his arrest was announced, Bankman-Fried had been expected to testify virtually before the House Financial Services Committee on Tuesday.

I guess he won't be testifying on Tuesday. I wonder why they didn't wait until after he testified to arrest him... No, I really don't wonder.

yes, I was wondering if they don't want whatever he has to say to be known to his handlers. Or, maybe his handlers don't trust him and so turned him in. hmmm
