Now I cook just for myself I invested in a little Remoska, its great. Cooks / bakes just about everything, does chicken really well. Very economical to run and easy clean. My oven days usually are to do baked egg custard and gingerbread at fairly low temps in my small oven. The big oven gets used when I make a cheese souffle, which is not that often. Gone are the days when I cooked up feasts for multitudes.
