Sounded like all defendant's will file motion to dismiss. I believe Hobbs has not been served (maybe been dodging the paperwork).
The multiple defendant's agreed to split time to be heard since they all essentially are asking for the same thing.
Trial is planned for 2 days currently, with option to extend if I understand it correctly.
Judge has 5 days to review evidence & decide. If they take 3 days in hearing, they will push this decision to the day before Hobbs is supposed to be installed as governor.
I believe this will start Monday, so all parties can get their paperwork in on time.
