Not only are most of them dead asleep, they get hostile when anyone attempts to wake them up. I've pretty much given up. I think we'll just have to wait for more pain and suffering before most of them are willing to actually consider changing.

Question - is it possible the cranky ones stand out more and therefore it seems like not as many are waking up?
