Depends on what you consider normies, I guess. I know folks that are awake to a lot of things, COVID, vaccines, Deep State, but they do not align politically with the majority of people here, in other words, they do not, did not, and will never think that one party has it over the other. They are choosing to be non political, suspect everyone who is a major player in world politics, american politics, and major business. They have chosen to unattach themselves from that paradigm, are prepared, and go about their lives quietly and productively. As a matter of fact, they agree with everything, except the political aspect. I would not call them sleepers, they are men and women of Faith , some are more new age than others, but there is no name calling or hatred for one side or another. I fit into that category. I simply do not trust power in anyones hand, left or right, communist or fascist. I believe that Christ came to save all of who would follow him, and that the innocents must be protected. I find raging hypocrisy on both sides of the fence. Show me a religious leader who is walking the walk, and I do not think you can, because, he or she would not be seeking a name for themselves, but give all glory to God.
