UN-Stable Coin, or perhaps Worthless Coin... or better yet, Imaginary Coin.

In the crypto community these coins have always been laughed at and regarded as an obvious fraud, but incurious regulators always seem inclined to look the other way when it's obvious fraud charges could be brought forward.
