They have to follow Big Pharma or their license gets revoked. It’s happened to many doctors who treat Lyme. You’re not even allowed to acknowledge chronic Lyme exists (though there is plenty of evidence for it). You have to call it “post treatment Lyme disease syndrome” in order to get funding.
