There were two announcements. Read all the other posts here. I think you missed a few things. For example, he announced what he's going to do once he's inaugurated. But he didn't say anything about having to win an election first. He also sounded like he was going to be doing things very soon. The banner for that second video said 2024, but Trump never mentioned the year. He sounded serious to me.
