I just cooked experimental keto Christmas cookies:

5 ounces melted butter
6-7 almond powder
3 big eggs
1 ounce cocoa nibs
2 ounces dark chocolate
150g sugar (erythritol for me)
Spices: tonka, clove, cinnamon, anise and nutmeg

Mix, pour in silicone molds, cook until perfect (320 Fahrenheit)🥳
