They shouldn't have served them that way, but it's a very tough business right now. Owners/operators are having to hire and rely on unexperienced 14-16 year olds that are paid $15 an hour to work, all the while dealing with the entitled NPC, useless eater crowd, because those who are experienced either get paid to NOT work, or have moved on to other industries because of those same useless eater NPCs. The employees have the upper hand, because if you piss them off, out the door they go.

I spent many years as a chef and still know some of those in the business. The owners have never had it this bad, and the robotic, moronic public is just making a difficult situation much, MUCH worse.
